*Ray Family Update*

This blog definitely hasn't been updated in a long time. A VERY long time. Kenneth is well and home, and has been home for over 6 months now! :) Graiclyn is a beautiful 15-month old girl, and we moved into our very first home July 15th, 2011. Life is definitely going good! The holiday season is quickly arriving, and we are so very excited to be spending it together! Not only will it be Christmas, but Kenneth and I will also be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary (but our first together) on Christmas Eve! So many things to be thankful for!
As of November 26th, 2011, I have been a stay-at-home mom. After weeks of researching and deciding, Kenneth and I figured out that we are actually losing money by me working out of town. I also felt like I was missing out on so much of Graiclyns daily life. I didn't really make enough after paying for daycare, gas, food, etc. I'm loving being able to get Graiclyn on a more structured schedule, and I'm also happy that I'm able to get housework done that I was so tired to do before.
Graiclyn is growing up so fast! We have four teeth on top, four on bottom, our molars, and now we are working on ALL 4 eye teeth at the same time. It's definitely not the most fun, but I'm just glad I'm here for comfort for the poor girl. She is in quite a bit of pain lately, but we are working through it.
Graiclyn suprises us more and more everyday. It seems like each day she learns two or three new words! The other night I said to her "C'mon Grace, let's go upstairs and take a bath." She looks up at me and said "Bubbles??" lol! Whenever she goes and takes a bath, we first fill the bath with bubbles. I didn't even know she knew the word yet, let alone made the connection. It was amazing!
She's even starting to repeat every word we say, so we are definitely watching what we say now a days lol! She's such an amazing little girl!
Now that I'm home more, I will be updating this blog at least once a week! Life is definitely good, and there is more to come!
